We only use caulking that has a warranty of 50 years. We realize a paint job is only as good as the prep work that is completed before a single drop of paint is applied. We pay close attention to preparing the painting surfaces for proper adhesion and longevity of the paint. We power wash, repair any damaged siding (wood rot), caulk the entire wall, and then paint with an airless sprayer using a roller and brush to back-roll where needed. Because of our confidence in our process and the quality of our selected paint we will stand behind any paint job (existing siding) for 5 years – from any peeling or cracking. If we install new fiber cement siding, we are willing to guarantee the paint for 10 years.
